Amanda and Don’s beautiful wedding was 4 scheduled dates and 2 countries in the making. Their dream wedding in Tuscany was interrupted by COVID-19, like so many of our 2020 clients’ soirées. But when they finally married in Charlottesville, it was an amazingly beautiful event full of fun and smiles, and I’m so happy that they finally got to celebrate.
Amanda had a stunning idea in mind for her wedding invitations right from the start, and bringing it to life was so much fun!
Amanda commissioned this beautiful custom crest by Arabella June that featured olive branches, cypress trees, a wine bottle from the Italian vineyard where they were supposed to be married, and their adorable dog George toasting with a glass of red. Arabella June also created this stunning envelope liner featuring the cypress tress that line the path to Borgo Scopeto.
I mean…who wouldn’t want this cutie pie to be a featured part of their wedding? One benefit of having the wedding in Virginia 🙂
Design elements from their invitations carried all the way through Amanda and Don’s wedding day stationery and hotel welcome gifts, which was wine from their original wedding venue.
Congratulations, Amanda & Don. I’m so thrilled that your celebration was such a stunning tribute to your love story.
