I was recently invited by friend / wedding planner extraordinaire Johanna Goossens to provide the stationery pieces for a winter-inspired photo shoot. My contribution was the “Metallic Elegance” suite featuring handmade luster paper layered onto a smooth “silk” metallic paper.
Winter weddings are highly underrated — don’t get me wrong, spring and fall are fantastic seasons for a wedding — but winter can be so beautiful and DRAMATIC! Johanna’s concept for this design was winter-warmth…warm gold hues with evergreen accents. I think it’s a stunning twist from the expected white & silver sparkle.
